How we handle enquiries

Battle Forged is operated by Ironside Ventures Pty Ltd. This notice describes the website enquiry form, updated 28 September 2026.

What you send us

We collect your name, email address, optional business website and the message you submit so we can assess and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include medical, financial, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.

Where your enquiry goes

Your submission is stored in a private enquiry record on our website hosting platform, Sites, using Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorised Battle Forged operators can review it to respond and prepare an agreed scope. It is not published on this website. Our service providers may process information outside Australia.

Source and spam checks

If you arrive through a campaign link, its source labels and Google click identifier may be stored with the enquiry to help us understand which marketing led to it. We also record the referring website's domain when available. We do not send your message or contact details to an advertising platform from this form. Temporary counters linked to a hash of your email address, plus an overall hourly limit, help limit spam. These counters are cleared after expiry when the form is next used. We do not store visitor IP addresses in enquiry records or spam counters.

Use and retention

We use enquiry records for the conversation you requested, related quoting and business records. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We retain information while it is needed for these purposes and review removal when it is no longer required.
